Norwood Lodge No. 90
Grand Lodge of Alberta
A.F & A.M.
Brotherly Love, Relief and Truth
Welcome to the Website of Norwood Lodge #90
Norwood Lodge was instituted on August 20, 1915 and constituted on June 1, 1916, and reconsecrated on May 7, 2016 by the Grand Lodge of Alberta. Click here for the history of the Lodge. Our Lodge is part of the Lakeland District Lodges.
Our Lodge has a special relationship with Norwood School, where some of our members do reading programs with the students. We also, on yearly basis, donate supplies to the residents of Urban Manor in Edmonton.
Regular and Emergent meetings of the Lodge are respectively held on the first and third Tuesdays of the months of September through June at 7:30 pm, or at such a time as indicated in the monthly notices. Meetings are held in the Freemasons' Hall located at 10318 - 100 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta. Masons in good standing and whose Grand Lodges are in amity with the Grand Lodge of Alberta are welcome to visit.
We hope you will find this site informative.
Thanks for stopping by.

This picture shows how the grip of the Lion's Paw was given in the Pyramid Mysteries. The priest wore over his head the mask of a lion. By this grip the spirit in man, long buried in the sepulchre of substance, is symbolically raised to life, and the candidate goes forth as a builder entitled to the wages of an initiate.
